Aidtherm 65A is a mixture of polyether polyol, 245fa foaming agent, stabilizer, accelerator, etc., and polymerized MDI through a high-pressure spraying machine, after mixing and reacting at a ratio of 1.5:1, uniformly sprayed on the surface of the steel pipe to form a rigid polyurethane Foam. This system is developed for the thermal insulation of submarine pipelines.
● The system contains all the additives and can be used directly
● The foam system has good fluidity, fine cells and uniform density distribution
● The generated foam has low thermal conductivity and low water absorption
● When the steel pipe is preheated to 25-30℃, the foam and the steel pipe have strong adhesion
● The system matures quickly after generating foam, which can effectively shorten the demolding time
